Spin Class

A fun, heart-pumping workout on a beautiful Matrix spin bike.

Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by a certified instructor motivated by great music.

Spinning is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you.

Beginners are welcome at all classes. We’ll fit your bike and get you started so you feel comfortable.

Spin Bootcamp Class

Combined Spin and strength together in one class and watch your fitness level soar. The balanced combination of cardio and weight training make this class the perfect total body workout.

Zumba Class

It’s a very exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget you’re working out with the sexy but simple moves to dance music like Cha Cha, Salsa, reggaeton, rumba and more. Best of all, you don’t need any previous dance experience!

It’s fun and effective, using interval training combining fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes and arms.

The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they’re not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more!

Boxing Class

Class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises. Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace.

Push yourself to the limit and find the champion within you!

Rebounder Class

A heart pounding total body cardio class on our world-class bungee rebounders [trampolines].

In this class you’ll rock out nonstop cardio moves that include arms, abs and legs. Be prepared to sweat and MOVE as you pump your legs quickly to the beat of the music. Then we’ll slow it down with a few sculpting moves, and you’ll leave class feeling light on your feet and energized.

Yoga Class

Our Yoga class is designed to guide you to unfold into relaxation, wellness, flexibility, strength, and comfort in the body and mind.

We will move through postures to harmonious music in a non-competitive and supportive environment.

Yoga is a great class to learn proper alignment of postures in and also to take time to connect with ourselves as we move slowly through the postures.

Body Works

Body Works Class

In this class, members can expect a lightweight dumbbell workout moving to the beat of the music. You’ll be burning calories as you flow through a variety of exercises to help sculpt and tone your body into shape!

With continued attendance, members may notice improvements in muscle tone, posture, balance and strength.

Power Sculpt Class

A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on intense isolation exercises with free weights and heavy lifting.
