FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Parties are booked on a first come, first served basis, and 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. It is recommended that you book your party 4–6 weeks in advance. If you book your party less than 7 days before, time and classroom availability may be limited.

We require contact information (name, phone number, email address, etc.) and information about the Guest of Honor (name, birthday, age, etc.) when booking a party, room rental, or group event. At the time of the booking we require a 50% deposit of the total party price. Deposits are applied to the party, event, or room rental balance and fully refundable 14 Days prior to the event.

We require a deposit that is half the anticipated cost of your event. The deposit if fully refundable up to 14 days before your event. After 14 days, it is no longer refundable. If you wish to change the date of your event, you can reschedule one time without penalty.

We accept card payments over the phone, and in person. We also accept cash deposits when booking in person.

Yes, we provide plain utensils, plates, candles, etc. We also have a basic “Happy Birthday” banner to decorate the rooms. If you would like any themed tableware or decorations, you are welcome to bring them. We do not allow confetti, silly string, piñatas, or loose glitter. Let your Party Host know if you have any decorations.

Yes, just let your Party Host know that you have goodie bags when you arrive.

Yes balloons are allowed.

Set-up and clean-up time is included in the total party room time. All party rooms will be set-up with a banner, tablecloths, and room activities as soon as your room time begins.

Yes you and your guest can park in our spacious parking lot.

We ask that the birthday party child and his or her parents arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their party. That will allow time to meet your birthday party coordinator and set your cake up in the party room before your guests arrive.

For planning purposes we take an estimated head count when you book your birthday party, a final headcount is needed when we call to confirm a few days before your actual party. We will order food based on your final headcount.

Due to the varied types of parties at the facility we cannot guarantee a completely allergy free facility.

All outside food, cakes and drinks are prohibited unless they are consumed in one of our party room areas included in the birthday party package.

Yes, ask your Event Host or the Event Assistant and he or she will be able to let you know.
