At Dynamic Fitness LI we believe it’s pretty simple… working out with a personal trainer will deliver better results, much faster. So depending on your fitness goals, comfort level and budget, we have a personal training program that’s right for you!
1-on-1 Personal Training
Our 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes long.
Our Personal Trainers will assess your body’s strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans.
They provide physical and mental guidance, dietary guidance and monitor customers’ progress on a regular basis.
Our Trainers also make
sure that customers don’t get injured while training.
Small Group Personal Training
Small Group Personal Training makes you feel like you are working out with a personal trainer but in a group setting (less than 10 people in the class).
The group setting actually helps you with accountability
because the other people in the class encourage you and make sure you keep coming back, and you build a sense of community in the class.
The Trainers will tell you exactly what to do, how many to do, and let you know if you are doing the exercise correctly.

Playground fitness training is a fun fitness class that incorporates three types of training.
The first training type is training on agility, obstacles and balance.
The second training type you will be training climbing, upper body strength and high obstacle training.
The third training is team work training and building your own self confidence to complete the obstacles.
